What Family MEANS TO US
Celebrating the winning entries from our Rigby 50 children’s art competition.
What does family mean through the eyes of a child? Well according to one of our talented young artists, it means roller skating together. Other winners thought of sunshine at the beach, treasured grandparents, or even the whole world as one big family.
Across Rigby Group, children of colleagues put pen, crayon, and paint to paper to show us their vision - and the results are joyful, heartfelt, and inspiring.
As part of our Rigby 50 celebrations, we invited children aged 17 and under to take part in our first-ever Kids’ Art Competition. The response was brilliant: entries bursting with colour, love, and imagination.
Choosing the winners wasn’t easy, but two in particular caught our judges’ eyes:
Family Together - by Kaja Szatkowska, age 9

(Submitted by Marcin Szatkowski, CloudClevr)
Kaja’s drawing radiates joy and connection. With bright colours and a sense of togetherness, she’s captured the simple happiness of being with the people – and pets! - who matter most.
The World is One Family - by Anjali Bora, age 11

(Submitted by Pushpa Bora, SCC UK)
This artwork stands out for its creativity and message of unity. Anjali has captured the theme of family beautifully, showing how family goes beyond just our homes - it connects the whole world.
