By participating in the Global Photo Challenge, you agree to these rules.

1. Overview & Eligibility

The Global Photo Challenge is a competition for all permanent employees of Rigby Group (RG) plc and its subsidiaries.

The competition invites employees to submit a photograph that represents their experience at Rigby Group.

2. How to Join & Key Dates

The competition closes on Friday 7th of November, 23:59 GMT. Late entries will not be considered.

Email only: send your photo to rigby50@rigbygroupplc.com with the subject line ‘Global Photo Challenge’. If you are submitting multiple entries, please send each photo in a separate email.

File Requirements: photos must be in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. The attachment size must not exceed 10 MB. Please ensure the image resolution is high enough for potential use in our publications.

What to include: your photo attached to the email, along with your full name, email address, and company. You can also include a short caption to explain what the photo shows.

Multiple entries are permitted. You can submit more than one photo to the competition.

3. Prizes & Recognition

Winners: winners will be chosen by a judging panel of Rigby Group employees, based on their assessment of valid entries in each category. Their decision is final.

Prizes:
Best Overall: one (1) There will be one overall winner who will receive a £500 voucher, or equivalent in local currency, for the best photo.

Runners Up:
three (3) Runners up will be chosen from Most Creative, Most Heartwarming and Best Throwback categories. Each will receive a £250 voucher, or equivalent in local currency.

Highly commended: three (3) entries will be chosen to be highly commended from the Most Creative, Most Heartwarming and Best Throwback categories. Each will receive a £100 voucher, or equivalent in local currency.

Prizes are non-transferable; no cash or other substitutions are available. Winning photos will be featured in the December issue of Celebrate.

4. How We Pick & Notify Winners

Winners will be notified by the email address Winners will be notified using the email provided when entering the competition. Prize delivery details will be arranged with the confirmed winners.

5. Anything else?

Entries for the Most Creative and Most Heartwarming categories must be the participant’s original work.

For Best Throwback entries, you may submit photos you have not personally taken, but you must have permission to use the image.

We will use the pictures in internal communications and the social media channels of Rigby Group and its subsidiaries.

We reserve the right to cancel, pause, or change the competition if needed.
