Welcome to "The Rigby 50 Award Competition". By joining in, you agree to these rules.

1. Eligibility and Nominations

• Nominations are open to all full-time and part-time employees of the Rigby Group.
• Employees may nominate any permanent colleague for the award. Self-nominations are not permitted.
• To be considered, nominations must be submitted using the official online nomination form.
• The nomination period begins on the date of this announcement and closes on Friday 17th of November, 2025. Any nominations received after this date will not be considered.
• Nominations must align with at least one of the three core values: Foresight, Hard Work, or Enabling Others.
• Each nomination must include a brief explanation of why the nominee deserves the award.

2. Selection Process

• A total of 50 winners will be selected by the Rigby family.
• The selection criteria will be based on how well nominees embody one of the three core values, as described in their nominations.
• The committee's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process or outcome.
• The winners will be announced before the end of 2025.

3. Awards and Prizes

• Each of the 50 winners will receive:
  • An invitation to winners event in early 2026.
  • A commemorative Rigby 50 coin and pin badge.
  • A personal letter from Sir Peter Rigby.
  • A gift with a value of approximately £250.
• All employees who submit a valid nomination will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win £500.
• The £500 prize draw winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible nominators.

4. General Conditions

• Rigby Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw this awards program at any time without prior notice.
• The winners of the Rigby 50 will be contacted prior to being publicly announced. Rigby Group may use the nominee's name, photograph, and information from the nomination for promotional purposes related to the Rigby 50 campaign.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Participation in the Rigby 50 awards program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
