Who Will Be The RIGBY 50?

Every family has its heroes. Across the Rigby Group, they’re the colleagues who go the extra mile, support others, and bring fresh ideas to life.
To mark our 50th anniversary, we’re on a mission to find and celebrate those people - the Rigby 50.
The Search Begins
The Rigby 50 is a Group-wide recognition campaign, led by the Rigby family, to shine a spotlight 50 people who bring the Rigby family values to life every day, by showing
- Foresight - spotting opportunities, anticipating challenges, sharing ideas;
- Hard Work - showing dedication, delivering excellence, going above and beyond ; or,
- Enabling Others - mentoring, supporting, and creating an environment where people thrive.
It’s not about job titles or departments. It’s about those quiet achievers, everyday heroes, and team players who make a real difference across our businesses.
Why It Matters
From the very start, Sir Peter set the tone. Rigby Group is a business built on values - foresight, hard work, and enabling others. Those values still power our success today.
Now, as we celebrate 50 years, we want to shine a light on the people who live those values.
Sir Peter put it best: “It’s people, isn’t it? Everything is about people.”
The Rewards
The 50 winners of the Rigby 50 will enjoy:
- an invitation to a winners’ event in early 2026
- a special commemorative Rigby 50 coin and pin badge
- a personal letter of thanks from Sir Peter
- a commemorative gift worth £250.
And it’s not just the winners who will win a prize - everyone who nominates a colleague will be entered into a £500 prize draw.
How to Nominate
It’s quick and simple:
- Visit the online nomination form.
- Choose the value your nominee represents - foresight, hard work, or enabling others.
- Share 2-3 sentences explaining why they deserve recognition.
Nominations are open now and close on Friday 7th of November.
Final selections will be made by Sir Peter, James, and Steve Rigby, with the winners announced before the end of the year.
